The way in which the customers will be invoiced is either with invoices (in case the customer is a freelancer or a commercial company), or with a retail receipt which will be delivered upon receipt of the product.
For orders within the Greek territory the customer has the opportunity to make the payment in one of the following ways:
a) by deposit in a bank account
b) using credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
c) by cash on delivery (in case of choosing the specific method of payment, the payment of the amount to be paid will be made to the courier employee or to the post office).
(d) using the Masterpass e-wallet *.
In case the customer wishes to return the product, the refund will be made respectively by crediting the account or the card for the first two options (deposit to account or credit card) and by receiving a day check for the case of cash on delivery.
For orders outside Greece it is noted that the shipment will be made only by courier and the charge is possible only through a credit card.
